every good beachcomber needs a large bag for collecting all their treasures. use scraps and found gems to make the strap even more unique. no two bags will be alike, just like no two pieces of sea glass ever are by the time they finish their tossing and turning in the waves.

needles: US 6 (4mm) 16” (40cm) circular needles PLUS dpns OR circular needles long enough for magic loop, or size needed to obtain gauge

yarn: 380 yards (350 metres), 250g of worsted weight yarn 
sample shown in 100% linen yarn

notions: 6 stitch markers, 1 yard (0.9 metres) of leather or suede cord, metal loop, enough material/soft leather/lengths of beads to extend strap by 8” (20cm)

gauge: 24 stitches x 30 rounds = 4” (10cm), over main body ribbing, worked in the round, blocked
